چکیده
پژوهش حاضر با هدف پیش بینی بررسی رابطه بین ویژگی های شخصیت و تنیدگی شغلی با فرسودگی شغلی در پرستاران انجام شده است. بدین منظور 328 نفر ازپرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان(164 نفر مرد و 164 نفر زن) به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی خوشه ای یک مرحله ای از بیمارستان امام رضا شهر کرمانشاه مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند.
